I joined the CAL to make the Nordstrom Hobo Bag (pattern found here: http://shortylamcrochet.blogspot.com/2006/11/nordstrom-hobo-bag.html#links )
I modified it a little becuase I couldn't find the same strap and because I also had trouble with the lining. Anyway, it was fun. It's a gift for Adam's Secret Santa! I sure hope she likes it.

I do not understand all the negative response you received. Your work is beautiful!!! Anyone can clearly see it is your adaptation of the purse. It is a shame some people are so nasty. If you go to my blog you can see I also have made the purse. I'm not as nice as you , I did not publish my pattern. That is because I'm a little lazy and do not write as I'm crocheting.
Your work is amazing , do not let these nasty people get you down.
